How long will the installation take?

All of our installations range in the amount of time that it will take, depending on the complexity of the job.

How soon before Christmas do you install lights?

We can install your holiday lights anytime that is convenient for you. Most of our customers prefer to have them installed in October to maximize their enjoyment throughout the holiday season, but others choose November or December; however, the installation date is completely up to you as long as we can fit you into the schedule! The most important thing we ask is that you call to schedule your design consultation as soon as possible, so we can schedule your installation as close as we can to your ideal date.

Are there any discounts or other special offers?

Exceptional Holiday Lighting® has an Early Bird Special where you can save 10% off your job total if you schedule your outdoor lighting by November 30th. As a result of this and our longstanding reputation for exceptional customer service & attention to detail, we are incredibly busy during the holiday season. We recommend that customers who would like to take advantage of the 10% discount call us as early as possible in advance of the holidays to schedule their preferred installation date.

What color lights can you install on the trees around my house?

The most popular colors at Exceptional Holiday Lighting® are warm white, pure white, dark green, lime green, red, pink, and blue. However, we offer a variety of other colors that may be available upon request. Our expert designers can mix and match different color combinations, depending on the specific design that you are looking to achieve, for an extraordinary and brilliant holiday lighting display. Our most popular color is the warm white with a colored cap, with lime green or dark green colored palm fronds. For a more modern look, many of our contemporary homeowners choose pure white for their trees. The color combinations are endless for your trees, bushes, house, and driveway! If the lights go out for any reason, what is the response time to fix them?

Exceptional Holiday Lighting® uses high-end, commercial-grade waterproof lights, extension cords, splitters, and connectors, so there should be no issues with the lights going out. However, due to lawn maintenance workers or animals such as squirrels and iguanas, the lights can be cut or nicked, which will result in them going out or tripping your outlet’s GFI or breaker. If this happens, we will be out quickly to remedy the problem, keeping downtime to a minimum! We take pride in your holiday lighting display and will do our best to keep it up and running beautifully throughout the holiday season.

Do I have to be home when you install the lights?

Not at all! Because we do so much work during the design of your lighting display, including mock-ups of your trees, bushes, home, or other items, we don’t leave anything to chance. You will see and approve everything as part of your quote process, and then our crew will have everything they need to deliver an Exceptional Holiday Lighting® display for you. Let Exceptional Holiday Lighting® do your holiday light installation while you have the freedom to carry out your normal day or be away from home. All we need is access to your property! When you do arrive home, your holiday lights will be professionally installed and ready to go! No, Exceptional Holiday Lighting® provides everything you need, including timers, power supplies, extension cords, and, of course, the highest-grade, waterproof LED lights available! We also have a large selection of decorations, garlands, and wreaths that can enhance any holiday display.

When will the lights be removed?
