All of our installations range in the amount of time that it will take depending on the complexity of the job.
What areas do you service?
Our main office is located in Boca Raton, FL, and our secondary office is located in North Miami, which means we can service all areas from Jupiter down to Key Biscayne.
How soon before Christmas do you install lights?
We can install your holiday lights anytime that is convenient for you. Most of our customers prefer to have them installed in October to maximize their enjoyment throughout the holiday season, but others choose November or December, however, the installation date is completely up to you as long as we can fit you into the schedule!
The most important thing we ask is that you call to schedule your design consultation as soon as possible, so we schedule your installation as close we can to your ideal date.
How would I be billed and what types of payments do you accept?
The process is quick & easy. After one of our professional lighting designers has met with you to discuss designs and pricing, they will give you a final detailed quote with complete pricing for each major component you are interested in lighting - you simply choose the items you want to be illuminated, so you can customize your installation to achieve your desired result and budget.
We will then collect a 50% deposit via credit card, Zelle, check, or cash and work with you to schedule an installation date that is convenient for you. The balance is collected upon completion of your installation.
Do you provide free lighting designs and estimates?
We do! Exceptional Holiday Lighting® designers are available to meet with you, you simply choose the items you want to be illuminated so we can customize your installation to your liking to achieve your desired result and fit within the confines of any budget you may have.
Are there any discounts or other special offers?
Exceptional Holiday Lighting® has an Early Bird Special where you can save 10% off your job total if you schedule your outdoor lighting by November 30th. As a result of this and our longstanding reputation for exceptional customer service & attention to detail, we are incredibly busy during the holiday season.
We recommend to customers who would like to take advantage of the 10% discount to call us as early as possible in advance of the holidays to schedule their preferred installation date.
Do I have to provide my own equipment?
No, Exceptional Holiday Lighting® provides everything you need including timers, power supplies, extension cords, and of course the highest-grade, waterproof LED lights available! We also have a large selection of decorations, garlands, and wreaths that can enhance any holiday display.
Our professional installation team has the expertise and equipment to transform any property into a spectacular holiday display. We pride ourselves on a clean, uncluttered display by hiding all wires and extensions. Outdoor holiday lighting is our specialty, and we provide everything you need!
What color lights can you guys install on the trees around my house?
The most popular colors at Exceptional Holiday Lighting® are warm white, pure white, dark green, lime green, red, pink, and blue.
However, we offer a variety of other colors that may be available upon request. Our expert designers can mix and match different color combinations, depending on the specific design that you are looking to achieve, for an extraordinary and brilliant holiday lighting display.
Our most popular color is the warm white with a colored cap, with lime green or dark green colored palm fronds. For a more modern look, many of our contemporary homeowners choose pure white for their trees. The color combinations are endless for your trees, bushes, house, and driveway! We would be happy to show you a gallery of different lighting arrangements to see what suits your taste. If I choose Exceptional Holiday Lighting® to do my lights around my house or commercial property, when would the lights be removed?
We remove all of our customer’s lights in January following the holiday season. You may keep your lights longer if you wish or buy them from us and enjoy your outdoor lighting year-round! Simply let us know your preference and we will do our best to accommodate your timing.
Exceptional Holiday Lighting® takes the same quality and pride in removing the lights as we do installing them. Our customers will tell you that year in and year out we go above and beyond to take care of their property, and customer referrals are our main source of new business.
If the lights go out for any reason, what is the response time to fix them?
Exceptional Holiday Lighting® uses high-end, commercial-grade waterproof lights, extension cords, splitters, and connectors so there should be no issues with the lights going out. However, due to lawn maintenance workers or animals such as squirrels and iguanas, the lights can be cut or nicked which will result in them going out or tripping your outlet’s GFI or breaker.
If this happens, we will be out quickly to remedy the problem, keeping downtime to a minimum! We take pride in your holiday lighting display and will do our best to keep it up and running beautifully throughout the holiday season.
Do I have to be home when you install the lights?
Not at all! Because we do so much work during the design of your lighting display, including mock-ups of your trees, bushes, home, or other items, we don’t leave anything to chance. You will see and approve everything as part of your quote process and then our crew will have everything they need to deliver an Exceptional Holiday Lighting® display for you.
Let Exceptional Holiday Lighting® do your holiday light installation while you have the freedom to carry out your normal day or be away from home. All we need is access to your property! When you do arrive home, your holiday lights will be professionally installed and ready to go! Our timers will be set from dusk to dawn and will come on automatically every night - even if you are away on vacation.
